Mark Ritson
Marketing guru, professor and author

Mark Ritson is one the world’s most respected marketing and branding strategist.

As a professor, consultant and columnist, Mark knows a thing or two about Marketing.

Mark has a PhD in Marketing and is a former Marketing Professor at multiple universities – including Melbourne Business School, MIT and London Business School. His work as a private marketing consultant has resulted in an almost infinite list of clients - Baxter, Loewe, McKinsey, Johnson&Johnson, Ericson, Sephora, Unilever, Jurlique, Westpac, Donna Karan – just to name a few. He also served as in-house professor for LVMH for 13 years, working with senior executives from brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dom Perignon and Hennesy.

Mark has been writing a weekly column for Marketing Week for more than a decade. He is also a columnist for The Australian newspaper.

Adah Parris

Futurist, Thought-Leader, Cultural Strategist and Storyteller, A polymath and enthusiastic curator of people, patterns and stories.   

In 2019, Adah was recognised as one of TED Talks Global Emerging Innovators.
In 2018, she was recognised as one of the UK’s Top 100 Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) Leaders in Technology.

Adah is a creative problem solver who empathetically subverts the status quo. She takes a philosophical and anthropological approach to technology; merging logic and creativity to design immersive storytelling, learning and development environments.

Adah has over 20 years experience in transforming cultures to nurture decentralised humanity-centred innovation environments. She has worked with businesses and individuals in advertising, education, entertainment, entrepreneurship, marketing, media and, technology start-ups.

Rory Sutherland
Champion of behavioural economics & vice chairman @ Ogilvy

Rory Sutherland is one of the most influential advertising professionals and original thinkers in the world today.

He’s a champion of behavioural economics and an early adopter of new technologies. On top of that, he’s also a highly influential speaker in the marketing business, speaking about innovation, marketing trends and where the industry is heading.

Besides his post as Vice Chairman of Ogilvy, Rory founded a global hub in London; Ogilvy Consulting’s Behavioural Science Practice which works to creatively apply the insights of behavioural science to create the ‘Unseen Opportunities’ in consumer behaviour - the small contextual changes which can have enormous effects on the decisions people make.

Lots of agencies talk about "bought, owned and earned" media, but Rory also looks for "invented media" and "discovered media": seeking out those unexpected (and inexpensive) contextual tweaks that transform the way that people think and act.

Anuradha Chugh

Anuradha has over 22 years’ global management experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), leading some of Unilever’s flagship brands including Dove, Lipton and activist ice cream company Ben & Jerry’s. Anuradha leads Ben & Jerry’s values-led mission in Europe; using the power of the business, and the deeply held connection it has with its fans and NGO partners to drive systemic change in society.

Prior to this, Anuradha worked in senior management roles in US, Latin America, Turkey and India, sinking her teeth into a number of complex business challenges to drive growth. Anuradha is passionate about supporting individuals to discover new possibilities, step out of their own limitations/comfort zones and disrupt the norm. Pascal Finette

Isabelle Axelsson
Climate activist @ FridaysForFuture

Isabelle Axelsson is a young Swedish climate activist, university student and co-organiser of Fridays For Future. She was one of the strong environmental voices at The World Economic Forum in Davos and her work has been published in TIME magazine. Isabelle offers a highly critical standpoint to relying on technology that doesn’t still exist to end anthropocene climate change.

Recently named by Fortune Magazine as one of the World’s 50 Greatest Leaders, Daniel’s life has been shaped by a fundamental belief that entrepreneurship is the answer to nearly all the issues we face today.

By the time he received his undergraduate degree in philosophy, he’d already started three companies. In addition to being on FORTUNE's "the World's 50 Greatest Leaders" list alongside the likes of Bill Gates & Tim Cook, Daniel was awarded Inc. Magazine's “30 under 30 entrepreneur” (when he was under the age of 30), and Forbes identified him as one of the “top 30 most impactful entrepreneurs.” He also received the prestigious “Entrepreneur of the World” award along with Richard Branson & the President of Liberia at the Global Entrepreneurship Forum.

On a personal level, Daniel believes in militant transparency in his everyday life and in all of the projects he is part of. He also has an overt love for his hometown of Boulder Colorado and for his dog, Kaya.
